Bienvenue & Co.

Design that works hard & looks good doing it.

We’re Meridith and Kyle.
We co-own Houseal Construction, and together we created Bienvenue & Co—a renovation-focused design studio rooted in interiors, creativity, and real life.

Bienvenue & Co is where our design story lives. It’s where renovation meets intention. It’s where we build beautiful, hardworking homes—without the drama.

It is the design arm of Houseal Construction, our design-build renovation company based in Bath, New Hampshire.

Houseal is still our legal business name and the foundation of what we do—but as the construction side found its rhythm, we realized the design side needed space to grow. Bienvenue & Co is that space: a place for interiors, creative direction, digital design kits, and the layered work of making a house feel like home.

What We Do

At Bienvenue & Co, we focus on designing spaces that feel lived in, well-loved, and beautifully functional.

We believe in:

  • Renovation without overwhelm

  • Details that matter more than trends

  • Homes that reflect real lives—not staged ones

We offer:

  • Virtual interior design services

  • Curated bathroom design kits

  • One-of-a-kind furniture and art drops

  • Full-service renovation design through Houseal Construction

A little more about us

We live and work in a 1400-square-foot house with three kids (yep, they share a room), a Frenchie named Nugget, a Dogo Argentino named Nala, and a whole lot of future renovation plans.

When we’re not designing or building for clients, we’re working on our own home, lifting weights in the garage, or having margaritas on our front porch.

This isn’t life just put on for show—it’s a real one. And that’s exactly how we like it.

Meet Meridith

I’m a designer, business owner, and mom of three. I grew up in Vermont working for my dad—a plumber who taught me early that craftsmanship, precision, and hard work are everything.

I studied mechanical engineering at Drexel University and spent several years working in naval engineering. But eventually, I wanted to create something that felt more personal. I left my government job in 2020, moved to rural New Hampshire, and poured my energy into building something of my own.

Now, I split my time between design work, managing operations, and building brands—with a baby on my hip and two more kids running wild in the background. It’s not always graceful, but it’s real.
